Standard delivery within Israel takes between 1 to 3 business days. Please note, delivery to more remote places may take longer than 3 days. Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified of your estimated delivery date via email.

We offer a collect from store service available at our Tres store from Sunday to Friday.
We ship products from Monday to Friday to your home address or other address specified, e.g., your work address. When placing your order, you also have the option to provide us with any special delivery instructions, e.g., 'please leave next door if out.'
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your delivery progress online.

Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are different between countries: calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please get in touch with your local customs office to further details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’d like to return an item from your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to organise either an exchange/refund via phone 073-7437277 or email: email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt (for orders placed online) or the date of purchase where an item was purchased in our store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Please ensure you have completed the returns form included in your original order and send back with your returned item/s.
Regrettably, returns shipping costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply) unless your item is faulty whereby the original shipping cost and the returns postage will be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where an exchange has taken place.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Until your item has arrived with us, we do not take responsibility for the shipping of this item and therefore suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund within that time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund to appear on your account.
Finally we advise you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
